UNIVERSITY CITY, Mo. (KMOV) – A group of students is apologizing for the ruckus on the Delmar Loop that led to increase police patrols over the last few weeks, and the students are using a rap song to communicate their message.

The teens in the music video were not part of the problem. Instead, they’re trying to be part of the solution.

They’re members of a non-profit called What About Us – For Kids. The group puts together media campaigns and music videos from its studio in Maryland Heights to create a “for teens, by teens” message.

The teens handed out their music video to loop business owners as an apology on behalf of their peers.
