(KMOV) -- Shiloh illinois Police say Basilia Rodriguez has been charged with unlawful failure to register as a sex offender and is being held at the St. Clair County Jail after moving into the village limits without properly registering with the department.
Police say they were advised on February 1st of a sex offender living in the Village Limits of Shiloh without registering. Police presented their investigation to the St. Clair County State's Attorney's Office for review. On Friday, the attorney issued a class three felony warrant charging Basilia Rodriguez of the 300 block of Biggs Drive in Shiloh, Illinois.
Bond for Rodriguez has been set for $40,000.
