(FootballStL) -- They call the 3rd Preseason Game, "the dress rehearsal". It's the game that could most resemble what NFL teams might look like once the season begins.

When asked how long his starters would play this Saturday against the Denver Broncos, Head Coach Jeff Fisher said  “We're going to continue to add reps. There's a good chance that everybody will play up to halftime dependent on the number of plays. This typically is a bigger game for everybody across the league"

The Rams first team defense will get a good look at Denver's veteran signal caller Peyton Manning. "There's a little bit more planning involved,” said Fisher. “We’ll give them some more things.”Obviously, it's quite a challenge when you're facing Peyton Manning. We'll hope to give our defense a chance to lineup and try to get off the field."

Other Notes from Camp:

Daryl Richardson was named as the starting running back for the season opener against Arizona.

Rookie Wide Receiver Tavon Austin was excused from practice for personal reasons.

Safety Darian Stewart sat out practice with a tight hamstring.
