(KMOV.com) -- For 30 years, obesity rates among preschoolers have increased.
A new report shows that is changing in Missouri. It’s one of 19 states that showed a decline of one percent in overweight preschoolers from 2008 to 2011.
21 states remained the same for the first time in three decades.
Three states, Pennsylvania, Indiana, and Colorado saw a slight increase.
The first lady’s “Let’s Move” campaign is excited by that news.
