Warren County couple arrested for meth, endangering welfare of children

(KMOV) – An arrest for a fugitive leads to more charges after police find methamphetamine-making items in the suspect’s home in Warren County.

According to police, an officer went to 18000 block of Highway N to arrest Samuel Skiff on a fugitive warrant.  The 29-year-old man attempted to flee from the officer by running out the back door.

While the officer was at the residence he noticed items commonly used for making methamphetamine.

After obtaining a search warrant, police seized pill binders, lithium battery strips, cold medicine, acetone, coffee filters, drug paraphernalia, and substances believed to be marijuana and methamphetamines from the suspect’s residence.

Skiff and Juanita Dusenberg, 29, were both taken into custody for possession of a controlled substance and endangering the welfare of a child since two minor children live at the residence.
