ORLANDO, Fla. (AP) -- An attorney for a woman suing Casey Anthony for defamation will argue in court that the Florida mother should be deposed before she's released from jail.
Zenaida Gonzalez sued Anthony for defamation, saying her reputation was maligned when Anthony claimed a babysitter named Zenaida Gonzalez kidnapped her 2-year-old daughter, Caylee in the summer of 2008. The claim later was shown to be a lie.
A hearing in Orlando is set for Friday morning in Gonzalez's civil lawsuit against Anthony. Anthony is not expected to attend the hearing.
Anthony was acquitted of murdering Caylee earlier this month and is scheduled to be released from jail Sunday.
Gonzalez's attorneys argue that they may not get a chance to depose Anthony once she's released
