(KMOV) – The man responsible for the 2008 bombing of the Carondelet Plaza garage that injured a Clayton lawyer pleaded 'not guilty.'
Milton Ohlsen, 39, was indicted by a federal grand jury and faces the following charges:
-One felony count each of transportation of explosive with intent to injure
-Malicious use of an explosive devise
-Use of destructive device to commit a crime of violence
-Felon in possession of an explosive
-Possession of an unregistered destructive device
The five charges carry punishments ranging to life in prison.
Investigators believe Ohlsen's intended target represented his wife in the couple's divorce.
Clayton Attorney John Gillis was injured in the bombing.
