ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- Police are investigating two shootings that injured three victims in the same block Friday night.
According to police, the first shooting happened just after 5:30 p.m. in the 1000 block of north 19th St.
Two 17-year-old males told police they witnessed a suspect engaged in an argument with another person. They told police the suspect pulled a gun and started firing, hitting one of the teens in the arm and shoulder, and the other in the leg and thigh. Both victims are in stable condition.
Police say the second shooting happened in the same block just hours later. A 20-year-old and 22-year-old male told police they were shot at from a Ford truck around 8:45 p.m. The 20-year-old victim was shot in the abdomen and is listed in critical condition, while the 22-year-old was not injured.
Police have not confirmed whether the shootings are related.
