(KMOV.com) -- Two people are dead and another was injured after a fire broke out in a Kane, Illinois home Wednesday night.
Fire officials said crews got the call to respond to the fire around 10:30 p.m. Firefighters said the home was fully engulfed when they arrived.
When firefighters got the fire under control, they entered the home and found two women who had died inside. Officials said they are a mother and daughter. Another child who live in the home was injured. That child was taken to a hospital for treatment.
Fire crews cleared the scene around 4:30 Thursday morning. Investigators are now looking into what might have started the fire.
