St. Louis (KMOV.com) – Federal and local authorities say they have arrested the so called “Logo Bandit,” the man they believe is responsible for string of St. Louis area bank robberies.
Bryon Gullion, 35, of Mexico, Missouri was arrested on Tuesday in Richmond Heights.
Gullion’s arrest follows the robbery of the Jefferson Bank and Trust in Southfield Center in Affton on January 17th.
A tip received by the Maplewood Police Department led to the arrest. Guillon has been charged with Robbery and is being held on a $50,000 cash only bond.
The “Logo Bandit” is believed to be responsible for a number of recent bank robberies, including two that happened on the same day.
On January 5th police say the “Logo Bandit” robbed a Bank of America in 9900 block of Manchester Road in Warson Woods, Missouri.
Later that afternoon the same man allegedly robbed the Truman Bank in Clayton across from the Galleria Mall.
The investigation is ongoing. Gullion could face additional charges if authorities can link him to the other robberies.
