One person shot during argument in downtown St. Louis

(KMOV.com) -- A 27-year-old man was shot in the ankle during an argument that escalated in downtown St. Louis Monday morning.
According to police, a group of people got into an argument just before 3 a.m. at 13th and St. Charles streets in Lucas Park. During the argument, police said, on person pulled out a gun and started shooting. Altogether, police believe there were three or four people involved.
A 27-year-old man was shot in the ankle. He was taken to an area hospital for treatment. Police located the 20-year-old shooting suspect a short time later in downtown St. Louis and took him into custody. The gun police believe was used in the shooting was also recovered.
