(KMOV.com) – A plane that was flying from St. Louis to a Chicago suburb made an emergency landing in northern Illinois Sunday.
Authorities said the incident occurred just before 11 a.m. in Kendall County, Ill., southwest of Chicago. The plane, which was on its way to Waukegan, Ill., had two passengers onboard. Authorities said one passenger suffered minor injuries and the other was transported to a nearby hospital for observation.
Authorities do not know why the plane made an emergency landing. The investigation is ongoing.
