1-cup Zesty Italian Dressing
2-lb boneless skinless chicken breasts cut into strips (may sub shrimp or beef)
½-cup teriyaki sauce
2-tbls.chili garlic sauce
2-cups frozen broccoli florets
2-cups instant white rice, uncooked (I prefer jasmine rice)
HEAT dressing in large nonstick skillet on medium-high heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 10-12 min. or until done.
ADD water, teriyaki sauce, chili garlic sauce, and garlic powder; stir. Bring to boil.
STIR in broccoli and rice; cover. Cook on low heat 5 min. Remove from heat. Let stand, covered, 5 min. Fluff with fork.
