(KMOV.com) – Bridgeton police are asking the public for help after they say a man was kidnapped from his hotel room.

According to authorities, Thomas M. Nedich, 63, was forcibly taken from his room at America’s Best Value Inn in Bridgeton Monday.

Nedich, who is disabled, was reportedly taken around 1:30 p.m. by a black male and a black female in their mid-20s.

The male is described as six feet tall and weighing 180 pounds while the female is said to be five feet tall weighing 125 pounds

Nedich is white, five-feet-seven-inches tall and weighs just 145 pounds. He has brown hair and green eyes and is said to have several health conditions.

The suspects and Nedich were last seen westbound on St. Charles Rock Road in a blue or grey mid-size vehicle, possibly a ford or Nissan.

Bridgeton Detectives are investigating and are asking anyone with information to call the main line at (314) 739-7557 or the criminal tip line at (314) 373-3876.
