(KMOV) – Alcohol will no longer be allowed at any St. Louis Archdiocese event held primarily for minors starting in November, according to St. Louis Archbishop Robert Carlson.

In a letter written to everyone in the St. Louis Archdiocese, Carlson wrote “alcohol is not to be served to anyone or brought in by someone, including adults, at any event directed primarily to and for minors.”

That includes elementary and high school events, CYC events and scouting activities.
