Teen sentenced for brutal attack of 2 women in St. Louis County

(KMOV) -- A St. Louis County teenager has been sentenced for attacking two women.
Authorities charged Dannell Wise, Jr., 18, with several crimes including one count of forcible rape, two counts of kidnapping and one count of first-degree sexual misconduct. He pleaded blind to the charges in court in June.
Investigators were contacted by two women who said they were attacked outside the Sunswept Apartments.
The first victim says that she was in her car, waiting for her friend in the parking lot. As her friend approached, Wise and another man approached the victim’s car, displayed a handgun and robbed the woman and her friend.
The victims say Wise and the other man forced their way into the vehicle and told the woman to drive to another location. That’s when the men allegedly raped one of the women and sexually assaulted the other.
On Wednesday, October 23, 2013, Wise was sentenced to ten years concurrent on each count with of armed criminal action, kidnapping, and first-degree robbery. He was sentenced to twenty years consecutive on one count of forcible rape with a dangerous weapon and four years concurrent on all counts of sexual misconduct.
Police have not been able to identify the second suspect.
