(KMOV) – Police arrested a serial robbery suspect who may have robbed five banks since March.
Jerry B. Chambers was arrested in the early morning on May 27.
The 32-year-old suspect was charged with robbing a Pulaski Bank in St. Louis on March 29 along with Walter W. Wallace who was arrested on May 2.
The two men are believed to have robbed an Advance America Cash Advance in Granite City on April 30 and the FCB at 909 South Main Street in Caseyville, Illinois on March 1.
Police believe Chambers also robbed the American Bank in Warrenton on May 21 and a UMB in Town and Country on May 7.
