Super Smoker's Pork Steak

1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
One half teaspoon  cayenne powder
One half teaspoon Oregano
One half teaspoons Thyme
One teaspoon Chili Powder

Combine all the spices to make the dry rub.  Put the dry rub on the Pork Steak a day in advance.  Place in covered container and put in refrigerator.  Smoke over indirect heat until internal temperature reaches 150 degrees.  Dunk in sauce and place back on the grill (indirect heat so not to burn the sauce) until internal temperature reaches 155 degrees.
