Chocolate Stout Fondue
8 ounces bittersweet chocolate, chopped
1 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons bourbon stout
Place the chocolate, heavy cream and sugar in a medium metal bowl. Place the bowl over a pot of boiling water and whisk until the chocolate is melted and smooth. Whisk in the bourbon stout and serve immediately with fresh fruit, cookies and bread.
