Sandwiches:
12 Mini Croissants
12 slices of Hickory Smoked Brown Sugared Bacon (recipe below)
6 slices of Hickory Smoked Spiral Ham, cut in two
½ cup Smoked Gouda Cheese, grated
¼ cup Raspberry Chipotle Chutney (such as, Bronco Bob’s)
Fresh Spinach or Mixed Greens
Cut the bacon slices in two. Spread the chutney on the croissant. Top with ham,
spinach, cheese and 2 slices of bacon. Take a bite…Then make yourself another,
because you can’t eat just one! Remember to always share with your fellow
tailgaters!

Hickory Smoked Brown Sugared Bacon:
12 Slices of Hickory Smoked Bacon
½ cup Brown Sugar
Freshly Ground Black Pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Line sheet pan with foil.
Place each slice of bacon on the sheet pan. Rub the brown sugar over the bacon.
Sprinkle with freshly ground black pepper. Bake for 18-20 minutes. Remove bacon
from pan and let cool on a cooling rack. (If you let the bacon cool on the sheet pan, it
will stick and will not be able easy to remove! Trust me!)
