MARYLAND HEIGHTS, Mo. (KMOV) -– Over the weekend, Maryland Heights police say they caught nearly 80 teens with alcohol.
Police gave out tickets during concerts on Friday, Saturday and Sunday at the Verizon Wireless Amphitheater.
Police say most of the tickets were given to teenagers drinking in the parking lot before the events. Officers were also in the concert watching the beer stands.
Since the first week of May, police say they’ve given more than 400 “minor in possession” tickets at concerts.
