(FootballStL) -- In a battle between two battered teams, the New York Giants (0-1) will have WR Hakeem Nicks (knee) and DE Justin Tuck (neck) active against the St. Louis Rams (0-1).

Nicks and Tuck were limited during practices this week and had been listed as questionable heading into Monday night’s game.

Tuck, who is suffering from a sore neck, has expressed concern regarding injuries to the head and neck.

“Definitely it is (a concern),” Tuck said earlier this week.  “I’m nowhere near that severity yet. Obviously you don’t want to get there, so you do everything possible to get back but also getting back on your terms not trying to rush it back because it’s not like you have a bruise or something. This is life.  Change of life with an injury to the neck.”

Rams CB Ron Bartell suffered a fracture in his neck last week against the Philadelphia Eagles.

Nicks caught seven passes for 122 yards suring a 28-14 loss to the Washington Redskins last week.  Tuck was out last week.
