Surveillance photos show gunman in drive-by shooting that injured teen

(KMOV.com) -- A 17-year-old male was was shot in the head and during a drive-by shooting that happened in the 4300 block of Lee in north St. Louis shortly after 5 p.m. on Sunday. 

Police said the teen male is recovering in a St. Louis hospital.  According to authorities, the victim was standing outside when the suspects stopped their vehicles in the middle of the street and started shooting.

The victim is listed in critical condition, but doctors said he is expected to recover from his injury.

Police released photos from a neighborhood camera on Monday in hopes that someone will recognize the vehicles and the suspects.  One vehicle is described as a white, four-door car with two men inside.  Police are also looking for two men who were in a maroon or red Pontiac.
