(KMOV) – Unseasonably cooler temperatures will enter the St. Louis-area Tuesday morning and stick around for a few days, according to 4Warn Meteorologist Kent Ehrhardt.
Temperatures started in the mid 50’s for majority of the News 4 viewing area Tuesday morning, with temperatures expected to reach a high of 76 for the day.
Ehrhardt says there will be low humidity and a nice breeze throughout the day on Tuesday. He says it is the perfect day to enjoy being outside.
Wednesday's outlook is similar to Tuesday’s with a warm-up predicted to begin over the weekend.
According to Ehrhardt, the normal low temperature for this week, based on a 30 year average, is 71, he expects this week to have a low temperature of 60. Ehrhardt says the normal high temperature for the week is 89, this week the high temperature will be 78.
