Blagojevich launches new Web site

CHICAGO (AP) -- Ousted Illinois Gov. Rod Blagojevich says he refuses to hold back and is calling himself a "Champion for Ordinary People" on a newly created .

The site, launched Sunday, gives the ousted governor's schedule for speaking engagements, radio appearances and details on his upcoming book.

An introduction on the site reads, "Since his controversial ousting from office, Rod Blagojevich has refused to be silent."

It says that Blagojevich is simply speaking his mind and telling the truth.

Blagojevich publicist Glenn Selig says the site offers a way for Blagojevich fans and supporters to connect.

Blagojevich faces federal charges, including allegations he tried to sell or trade President Barack Obama's vacant U.S. Senate seat. He denies wrongdoing.
