Has the St. Louis area become the black hole of football?

It sure feels like it.  The University of Illinois is winless in the Big Ten.  Mizzou is no better in the Big 12.  And the Rams are.. well the Rams.  The Fighting Illini could very well go winless in league play this year.  Missouri still has a shot in the Big 12 North, but with an 0-3 start the Tigers have built themselves a huge hole.  And the Rams have only one or two games left on the schedule that look like they might have a chance for a win this year.

I guess you'll have to turn toEast St. Louis High, De Smet, or one of the Hazelwood schools if you want to see some really good football this fall.
