(KMOV) – Several people were treated for injuries after a school bus was involved in a three-vehicle wreck in west St. Louis early Wednesday morning.
Authorities said 15 high school students were on board the bus when it collided with two other vehicles on westbound Interstate 44 between Hampton and Macklind around 7:30 a.m.
Police said three children on the bus and four people in one of the other vehicles involved were taken to the hospital for wellness checks. One adult in the third vehicle was hospitalized with minor injuries.
The cause of the wreck was under investigation.
