(KMOV.com) -- Reverend Larry Rice's homeless encampment known as Integrity Village is coming back to St. Louis.
Last week a federal judge ruled that Rice can practice religion on the vacant property near I-44 and Vandeventer stating that helping the homeless was a way of practicing religion.
In May of 2012, Rice was arrested and city officials shut down the camp as reports came that Rice and his staff members argued with neighbors in the Botanical Heights neighborhood.
Rice and the New Life Evangelistic Center will set-up its large tent for worship around 1 p.m. Tuesday.
