(KMOV)-- Herschel Walker became a football legend at the University of Georgia. He's considered by many to be the greatest running back in the history of college football. He was a 3-time All America and won the Heisman Trophy in 1982. He went on to a highly successful pro career, winning the MVP award in the USFL before moving to the NFL, where he was a 2-time Pro Bowler.

After his football career he appeared in the Winter Olympics on the U.S. Bobsled team. He started a successful food distribution company, and appeared on Donald Trump's celebrity apprentice. At age 47 Walker decided to try a new endeavor, mixed martial arts fighting. He had his first fight in January 2010 and won with a third round technical knockout.
