(KMOV) -- A downpour didn't keep people for coming out to Creve Coeur Park Sunday for a good cause.
The annual Walk and Run for Scleroderma raised money for scleroderma research and education. Scleroderma is an auto-immune disease that affects more than 300,000 people.
The event went on as planned, although the walk and run were canceled due to the morning's heavy rain. News 4's Jasmine Huda emceed the event. About 200 people showed up for the event.
