ST. LOUIS (KMOV)-- A St. Louis County man has pleaded guilty to federal charges in a drug conspiracy that allegedly involved his brother—a St. Louis city police officer.
The U.S. Attorney’s office in St. Louis says 43-year-old Linus Davis pleaded guilty to two felony counts on Friday. Sentencing is June 7. His brother, 46-year-old Larry Davis, is awaiting trial.
Court documents accuse Larry Davis of seizing packages from delivery companies that contained marijuana. The brothers then allegedly sold and distributed the drug. Larry Davis’ attorney did not return messages seeking comment.
