ST. CHARLES, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Police say a convicted peeping Tom was arrested Thursday for again peering into a St. Charles woman's window.
Timothy Sutton, 31, of the 200 block of Cascades Drive, faces three felony charges -- two counts of invasion of privacy and one count of stalking -- after allegedly looking into a neighbor's window at least three or four times. On one occasion, Sutton told police he masturbated outside the victim's window.
A witness reportedly saw Sutton standing outside the victim's home, and later identified him in a photo lineup.
According to police, the incidents happened between July 27 and August 8. Sutton was found guilty of attempted invasion of privacy in 2004.
Sutton is currently being held in the St. Charles County Jail.
