ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. (KMOV) – Police have identified a man who was shot to death during an altercation in Black Jack on Thursday.
Police said officers were called to the 4900 block of Patricia Ridge Drive around 2:20 p.m. after three men met three others at the house.
Authorities said shots were fired after an argument ensued. Two people were struck.
One man, identified as 20-year-old Raymon Gibson, was pronounced dead at the scene. Another 20-year-old was transported to the hospital, where he remains in unknown condition.
Police said the other four involved in the incident were arrested and taken into custody.
A gun was also found inside the home.
Police said everyone involved in the incident were accounted for and residents in the area no longer had any reason to worry.Three of the other men involved are 17 years old and the other is a 13-year-old juvenile According to police, all six people knew each other.
A young kid was taken out of a cop car and put in a detective’s car outside the home. Officials did not say how the boy was connected to the suspects.
Nearly 20 officers and detectives were on the scene investigating.
