Peach Crumb Pie

1 Pie Shell unbaked and crimped

Filling: 6-8 large peaches, 3 c. sugar, salt, Lemon Juice, water, orange food coloring

Cornstarch slurry: 1c. water, 1c. cornstarch, ½ tsp. almond flavor

Crumb topping: 1 c. sugar, 1¼ c. flour, 1 c. butter

- Bring to rolling boil. Thicken with cornstarch slurry, add almond flavor after completely thickened and off the heat. Pour into 9inch pie shell.

- Cut in butter to resemble pea size pieces.

- Place on top of pie and bake for 40 to 50 minutes at 350
