Blues well aware they need to score more goals

(HockeyStL) -- They may be up two games to one so far in the series against the Kings, but the Blues say they have to start scoring more goals.  They're putting a lot of pressure on goalie Brian Elliot to be perfect.
"I think at some point we're going to have to help (Elliott) out a little bit.  He's been standing on his head for us," Ryan Reaves said.  "We've got to start putting some pucks in the net for him and give him a little cushion."
After the game three loss to the Kings head coach Ken Hitchcock said the Blues were simply "unlucky" despite having many opportunities to score goals.  Is it that?  Is it the stellar play of Kings goalie Jonathan Quick?  Is it poor execution on offense by the Blues?

"I think it's all three," Barret Jackman said.  "(Jonathan) Quick is a great goaltender.  He's very athletic.  He reads the play in a game very well and he gets side to side quicker than most goalies but we've had opportunities where we missed open nets and there's been some bounces that haven't gone our way."
It's all, so far, added up to the Blues winning two of three to kick off this series and a lead over the defending Stanley Cup champions.  Can the Blues continue to score just a goal or two a game and advance through the playoffs?
"We definitely would like to have a few more goals," David Perron said.  "Hopefully it will get fixed as we go on.  We had a lot of chances but that's not enough.  In this league you have to score."
