Volunteers needed for Wash U study to treat severe high blood pressue

ST. LOUIS (KMOV) -- Washington University doctors are seeking volunteers for a new trial to help patients with severe high blood pressure.

The university is testing a new device that will control overactive nerves in the kidneys that do not control blood pressure as well as they should throughout the body.

Doctors hope this new device will help stop the problem of high blood pressure for patients.
