(KMOV.com) -- Occupy protesters plan to fire up their protests in St. Louis on Tuesday in what is being called a national Occupy blitz.
On May Day, Occupy movements from around the country will be putting on a general strike in more than 135 cities, St. Louis included. Some of the 99% say they will meet at Kiener Plaza in downtown St. Louis and do a short march to St. Louis City Hall. They call it the first truly nationwide strike in U.S. history.
After the march to city hall, occupiers plan to gather outside the Peabody Coal breakfast at the opera house and rally against the company.
