BELLEVILLE, Illinois (KMOV) -- A Lebanon man was arrested Friday for allegedly using a stun gun to subdue a woman before raping her in her home.
Richard Lee, 48, was a charged with two coutns of aggravated criminal sexual assault with a weapon.
The victim told police that Lee, an aquaintance, came to her home in the 100 block of Twin Oaks Drive. While at the residence, the Lee allegedly used a stun gun on the victim, then bound and had sexual intercourse with her without consent. Lee released the woman before leaving her home.
Lee was caught at his home within hours and taken to St. Clair County jail, but was released Sunday after posting a $500,000 bond. There were no restrictions on the bond, which means Lee can move about as he pleases.
