ST. LOUIS (KMOV) – The St. Louis Blues have put together a couple of events to celebrate the team advancing to the Stanley Cup Western Conference Semifinals
First, St. Louis Mayor Francis Slay dubbed Friday as “St. Louis Blues Day.” Slay says everyone should wear blue or St. Louis Blues gear as the team prepares to face the Los Angeles Kings.
Before the first home game of round two on Saturday, the Blues will hold a rally outside the Scottrade Center. The rally will begin about two and a half hours before the puck drops and will feature live music from Whiskey Dixon.
The teams will also be giving away memorabilia and fans with the most creative signs will receive autographed apparel.
The dates of the series are as follows:
Game 1: Saturday, April 28 at St. Louis
Game 2: Monday, April 30 at St. Louis
Game 3: Thursday, May 3 at Los Angeles
Game 4: Sunday, May 6 at Los Angeles
