NEW YORK (AP) -- Cyber Monday. It's not just for the workplace anymore. Now that more people than ever have high-speed Internet access at home, it basic idea of Cyber Monday has changed -- but not the bargains. Just as Black Friday has come to mean a day to snatch up bargains at brick-and-mortar retail stores, the Monday after Thanksgiving is gearing up as a time to pick off some online deals. Between the discounts, free shipping offers and other promotions, IBM's Coremetrics predicts today will be the busiest online shopping day of the entire year. And this, after a weekend that has already seen strong sales online.
