Two Ingredient Fudge (almost)

1 pound milk or dark chocolate
1 14 ounce can condensed milk
1 teaspoon vanilla

Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with foil.  Set aside.

In the top of a double boiler melt all ingredients.  Pour into prepared pan, spread evenly and refrigerate until set.  Remove from pan, remove foil and cut into desired number of pieces.

Variation:  Add 1/2 cup nuts or marshmallow, sprinkle with nuts, chips,  white chocolate, toffee pieces, etc. 

Peanut Butter Version

12 ounces chocolate chips
12 ounces peanut butter chips
2 /2 cups condensed milk, divided

You will need 2 cans of condensed milk

Line an 8x8 inch square baking pan with foil.  Set aside.

Melt chocolate chips with 1 1/4 cups condensed milk in the top of a double boiler.  Stir until smooth.  Pour into pan and spread evenly.  Melt the peanut butter chips with
1 1/4 cups condensed milk, stirring until smooth and spread over the chocolate layer.  Refrigerate until set.  Remove from pan, remove foil and cut into desired number of pieces.
