(KMOV) – Three former police officers are suing the north St. Louis County village of Bel-Nor.
It started when Officer Felicia Shelton could not get a locker at work.
Shelton says Police Chief Scott Ford was storing pornography in what should have been her locker. She also claims that Chief Ford made several racial slurs towards her and about the community he serves.
Shelton and two other police officers blew the whistle on what was going on within the Bel-Nor Police Department and lost their jobs when village trustees found out.
Bel Nor Police Chief Scott Ford says he cannot comment on the litigation.
