Francis Howell (10-1) @ Ft Zumwalt West Jaguars (9-2)
These two Gateway Athletic Conference teams will “go at it” again in 2010. Howell won the first game on  Sept 17, 41-33 with a rapid explosion of three touchdowns in the fourth quarter. Drew Hare the leading passer in the area with over 2900 yards leads the Jags.  The Vikings are led by QB Brett Graves who is just under 2000 passing yards for 2010. The winner advances to the semifinal round and will face the winner of the Blue Springs/Rockhurst game.

Lindbergh Flyers (9-2) @ DeSmet Spartans (7-4)
Another rematch from an earlier season game that was won by the Spartans 33-21 is another class 6 semifinal game. Electrifying Durron Neal can score from any spot on the field as he leads the Spartans offense. Lindbergh has the aerial tosses of Peter Simpson to lead the offense while Will Spitzfaden is often on the receiving end of many of Simpson’s throws. The winner will face the Hazelwood Central/CBC winner in the semifinals.

CBC Cadets (10-1) @ Hazelwood Central Hawks (11-0)
The defending class 6 champions host the Cadets in a Saturday afternoon tilt. The Hawks have their usual lightning fast defense that has shut out three opponents. Jamal Flowers is the signal caller and Rocky Smith has over 1000 rushing yards. CBC’s Josh Walker lead the Cadets in receptions and Tony Brown has crossed the goal line 21 times in 2010. Winner will face the Lindbergh/DeSmet victor.

Webster Groves Statesman (10-0) @ Hazelwood East Spartans (6-5)
The Spartans are fresh off of a 60 point outburst as they tumbled the Chaminade Flyers in Sectionals 60-49. The Statesman are on the road defending their 2009 Class 5 Championship and have coasted in their two post season games. In only one game this year have the opponents stayed within 17 points to the unbeaten Webster Groves team.

Valle Catholic Warriors (10-1) vs Miller Cardinals (10-1)
Look for plenty of points in this one! Miller has scored 614 points this year while Valle has recorded 598 points in 2010 !   Valle dropped the Championship game last year to the Penny Hornets, who have now moved up to Class 2. The winner of this game will tangle with the winner of the Concordia/Archie game in the Semifinals.
