Suspicious fire destroys vintage cars in Gerald, Missouri

(KMOV) -- Firefighters battled a four-alarm fire at Classic Metal Works, an automotive restoration company, in Gerald, Missouri.
 
The fire broke out around 9:00 p.m. on Thursday and burned for hours. 
 
Gerald police say the fire is considered suspicious. The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Franklin County Bomb and Arson and the Franklin County prosecutor's office are investigating.
 
Crews say the building was a total loss, along with at least 20 vintage cars that were inside.
 
No injuries were reported.
 
Gerald is located about 70 miles southwest of St. Louis.
