Ellisville man dies in upper Michigan snowmobile crash

L'ANSE, Mich. (AP) -- Michigan State Police say a 24-year-old Missouri man was killed when his snowmobile hit a tree in the Upper Peninsula.

State police from the L'Anse post say Zachary Fish of Ellisville, Mo., was riding on a trail in Houghton County's Elm River Township on Monday night when he left the path and crashed.

Troopers tell The Mining Journal of Marquette that Fish was riding with friends and coworkers from Missouri.

The crash was two days after 39-year-old Donald Revolinski of Oconto Falls, Wis., hit a tree and died while snowmobiling in upper Michigan's Alger County.
