AT 1114 PM CST...SPOTTERS HAVE CONFIRMED THAT A TORNADO HAS  
  TOUCHED DOWN AND CAUSED DAMAGE TO HOMES IN ST. ALBANS IN NORTHEAST
  FRANKLIN COUNTY. NATIONAL WEATHER SERVICE DOPPLER RADAR INDICATED
  THAT THIS SEVERE SQUALL LINE CAPABLE OF PRODUCING BRIEF      
  RAIN-WRAPPED TORNADOES IN ADDITION TO WIDESPREAD STRAIGHT LINE
  WIND DAMAGE. THESE DANGEROUS STORMS WERE LOCATED ALONG A LINE
  EXTENDING FROM ST. PETERS TO MANCHESTER TO HILLSBORO...AND MOVING
  EAST AT 65 MPH.
