(KMOV) – An O’Fallon, Missouri man has been arrested for producing meth.
According to the Warren County Sheriff’s department police were called to the 12400 Block of Trails End Court in Wright City because of a suspicious car. When police arrived they noticed a strong chemical odor coming from the car. Police found plastic containers near the car with chemicals inside undergoing a chemical reaction.
Steven M. Bates, 32, was arrested for manufacturing a Controlled Substance. This method of meth creation is called “One Pot” or “Shake and Bake”
Bates is being held on a $25,000 bond.
