The day after the armed robbery of an armored ATM solutions vehicle, John Wesley Jones was arrested for felony gun possession.
This morning in federal court, Jones pleaded "not guilty" to that charge.
Police say they found thousand sof dollars form the armored vehicle heist in the trunk of his car.
Jones' attorney, Joel Schwartz say Jones says he had nothing to do with that.
Jones is a convicted felon on parole. He served time for robbery in Kentucky.
No trial date has been set on this gun charge. An evidence is scheduled for September 9th.
Jones, 36, is being held without bond.
