ST. LOUIS (AP) -- A man potentially linked to the robbery of a St. Louis ATM-servicing business has pleaded not guilty to a federal firearms charge.

John Wesley Jones of St. Louis is not charged with the robbery at ATM Solutions, but authorities have called him a suspect in the case. He was arraigned Thursday in federal court on a charge of being a felon in possession of a firearm.

His attorney, Joel Schwartz, says he believes the government is "using everybody and everything available" to determine who is responsible for the robbery.

On Aug. 2, four armed men overpowered two workers at ATM Solutions, then used an armored vehicle to haul away containers filled with cash. No one was hurt but the bandits got away with what is believed to be a huge amount of money.
