O'FALLON, Mo. (KMOV.com) -- Officials say a multi-car crash injured one person Sunday morning on westbound Interstate 70.
The crash closed the highway temporarily to clear the accident but has since been reopened. The accident happened just east of T.R Hughes in O'Fallon.
Reports say a Ford Explorer slowed abruptly on the highway and the Honda Pilot behind it failed to notice then rear ended the Explorer. The Explorer left the roadway and struck a concrete wall.
